You know what this forum needs?
« Thread Started on Mar 16, 2009, 11:54pm »

A time line. All the RPs here seem to take place at different points in time. My idea is to add a time line to map out where all the RPs took place to prevent confusion.
I also have the idea of having all the RPs recorded as episodes like what they have on Wikipedia.

Is any of this making sense?

Hmm... Interesting. But kinda confusing.
I guess it would help in a way that RPGs could use elements of the other RPGs by saying they heard about it, or it happened months ago, or something like that... It would be kinda neat, it'd give us an opportunity to give little hints and links between RPGs.

What about the episode guide idea? Having all the RPs that have taken place so far recorded as episodes for easy viewing seems like a cool idea.

Yeah, it'd make it way easier for new members to get caught up with what happened before they joined :)

As much as I support the idea, I think it would be almost impossible to organize all the old RPs into a linear timeline. I'd gladly vouch for a timeline for all NEW RPs set up but taking the time to go back, ask everyone involved what time their RPs took place, and organize it with a linear and clear overview would be a very difficult task to perform. In theory this is a great idea and if everyone excepted it as a standard it would work, in practice however I'm not sure if this would work in the long run. I'd support it, but you'd need EVERYONES support. Go ahead and set up a page for it if you'd like though :-/

Yeah, the time line thing has already been ruled out. But the episode list of all the RPs that have taken place is a cool idea and makes you feel like your characters are actually on the show.

I'd like a list of all the RPs in episode format I guess, with little descriptions to point out key parts. That would work well if we could organize it.
