Name: The Thunderbirds
Motto: The Power to Strike!
Age: Old ongoing Squadron, like most on Atmos.
Insignia: (Points to Avatar) A rising Thunderbird with bolts of Lightning around it.
Ship: The Carrier Argo. It is equipped with a Hanger that directly opens to the main Flight Deck for easy take off and landings, as well as immediate stowage of vehicles. Above that, and only accessible via a craft elevator and one hatch, is the Catapult Launching Deck, which is shorter than the Main Flight Deck, but is equipped with dual Velocity crystal powered catapults that can launch two skimmers at once at a much higher speed for immediate engagement with the enemy.
Weapons: Crew’s Individual/Personal Weapons of Choice, 2 Energy Mortar Cannons mounted by the bridge, and a complete gun deck off the Bow with rapid fire Crystal Calibre Guns.
Normally Carries: Crew, Weapons, Supplies, Crystals and Fuel to accommodate for a minimal of six months underway.
Vehicle: Each member has their own Customized Skimmer/Switchblade

Social Standing: The Squadron name and reputation is famous throughout Atmos, although a chance to actually meet and interact with the members isn’t so common since they are constantly on the go.
Finance: They are mostly funded by Diaz when he sells off his inventions, and they make a good trade for crystals they come across on their journeys. People are more than happy to donate as well when the squadron comes around.
Lifestyle: They are strict with discipline when it comes to keeping up with training exercises and keeping members and equipment battle ready. They are aware of the Sky Knight Code of Conduct, but even the Thunderbirds have the sense to know most of its ways are outdated, and keep up with more modern methods of combat and conduct. They are constantly evolving.
Location: They hold no permanent location. They are a nomadic Squadron who patrol the skies to defend Atmos when needed, sort of like the Storm Hawks.
Pets: Fletch, Cain’s Falcon
Fears: Members of the crew who have family, tend to worry the most about their loved ones.
Goals: To secure the Skies of Atmos.
Priorities: Maintain vigilance and defend against the threat of the Sky Weaver hoards.
Habits: The Squadron will over-pride themselves and most of the time will refuse to call for help in a bad situation.

Peculiarities: They are, quite literally, a rag tag team of just about the most unlikely bunch of allies of any squadron. And they have no set uniform, other than wearing the Squadron Sigil and armor shaped like Thunder Bolts.

Brief History: Back in the day, when the Thunderbirds were a sister squadron to the Storm Hawks, until the fateful day their comrades were destroyed by Cyclonia. Since then, the Thunderbirds have gone on to remain a solo nomadic Squadron, wandering the skies to find those in need of assistance and protection.
As time went on the crew was constantly cycled through with members coming and going as they were needed, and sometimes were just picked up along the way. Such is the case for the current crew, as they continue on the Thunderbird legacy.
